Our vision is not to be afraid of darkness and unique art. Death is part of everyone's life and should perhaps be embraced just like birth.

Shipping
Shipments within Sweden are always made with Postnord and sent either directly to your door or to a local agent. The cost of shipping in Sweden is free from SEK 299 and SEK 29 for orders under SEK 299. The cost of shipping to other countries varies and this is indicated in your shopping cart.
Delivery times
Deliveries usually take place within 2-5 days within Sweden. If your order is urgent, you are welcome to contact us and we can see if there is an opportunity to speed up your order. Delivery times outside Sweden may vary but are sent within 1-3 days from when your order has been placed.
Return & exchanges
At Sinister.se, we offer 30 days of open purchase from the day the shipment is delivered. Changing posters within Sweden costs SEK 79 / motif. Contact us at info@sinister.se for a return slip and instructions. For returns/exchanges in countries outside Sweden, the customer pays in any way they choose and always needs to be traceable. The products must reach us in new condition to be entitled to a full refund.
If you regret your purchase before we have had time to send out your order, production costs of SEK 129/M2 may be added.
The return of frames is paid for by you as a customer in any way you choose with a tracking number. The product must be in unaltered condition and must be sent back in the original packaging. Contact info@sinister.se for more information.
Complaints & transport damage
We check our products thoroughly before they are shipped. If you as a customer receive a faulty product, we are obliged to pay for the return fee or accommodate in another way upon agreement with you as a customer. It is important to inform us of any inaccuracies within 7 working days in order to process a complaint.
We are responsible for lost packages sent from us. We are also responsible for any transport damage, but this must be discovered and notified to us within 7 days of the shipment being picked up. It is therefore important that you check for damage as soon as you can. When returning frames, the customer is responsible for transport damage.
Unclaimed package
If you have chosen to have your package sent to a drop-off location, it must be picked up within 14 days of delivery. This applies within Sweden. Number of days in other countries may vary. If the package is returned to Sinister, the customer may be charged the actual cost of return, handling and administration (up to SEK 350). Therefore, it is important to pick up your shipment regardless of whether you regretted it before picking up the package.
Payment Options
At Sinister, you can choose to pay as both a private person and a company.
Invoice and Debit card / Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Swish and partial payment via Klarna Checkout. If you choose e.g. invoice, you have 14 days to pay from the day we send the package, which means you will receive your package before you have to pay.
Klarna Checkout - Pay after delivery! Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice and pay after delivery or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.
